Please join us in welcoming our newest provider at Pain & Rehabilitation Consultants, Christen Faush, CRNP.  Christen is a native of Birmingham, AL.  She is a two time graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018 and Master of Science in Nursing in 2022.

She is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  Christen has five years of RN experience in various medical-surgical settings.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and painting. She is excited to be a member of the Pain & Rehabilitation Consultants team!
